Sharon’s pizza crust

This simple thin crust is a perfect subtle base for any pizza.

~ Shopping List ~

1 package yeast
1 cup warm water
1 teaspoon sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2.5 cups flour

~ What to do ~

  1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees (F).  
  2. Dissolve yeast in water, add sugar, salt and oil.  
  3. Add flour.  
  4. Allow dough to rest 5 minutes.  
  5. Then knead a few minutes and roll into 2 large crust.
  6. Add sauce and toppings to taste and bake.
