~ Shopping List ~
- 2.5 cups all purpose flour
- 1 cup butter
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
~ What to do ~
Cream butter until light. Gradually add sugar beating until light and fluffy. Beat in extract. Gradually blend in flour. Cover and chill at least 1 hour (no more than 6 hours). Shape and place on un-greased cookie sheet. Bake at 350 degrees (F) for 8-12 minutes.
Optional: top with frosting
