- 1.5 cups flour
- 3/4 cups sugar
- 1.5 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 1 egg slightly beaten
- 1 cup finely chopped apple
~ What to do ~
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder and cinnamon. Add remaining ingredients, stir just until blended. Bake at 375 degrees for 18-23 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes before eating.
